The process starts when you call or Email us. We will then triage the issue and schedule one of our professionals to come to you. Most issues will be resolved on site without having to remove the device from your location. However if the computer is in need of in house repair our technican will do all of the work for you. When it is repaired (usually within 1 - 2 working days) we will return it to you and set it up again. You can count on us to get it done!
